Q: What will you miss most about Robert? A: There is not one thing I could pick to miss about you most. I will miss everything about you. I will miss your big loud personality. You had no idea how to whisper even when you tried. I will miss you yelling at the dogs because you didn’t like them to close to you because you were allergic, even tho I would occasionally catch you sneaking them snacks and giving them blankets so they were warm because deep down I know you liked them LOL. I will miss my gym partner. I will miss walks with Madelyn and you pushing us in her wagon , your constant jokes and your laugh. I will miss catching flights to Orlando , your singing in the car and your complaining how bad of a driver I was. I will miss making brownies and ice cream for movie night. I miss talking all day . I miss making sure NOT to forget the cheese and DR Pepper with LIGHT ice at Chick-fil-A . I miss hearing you call Madelyn “Maddie girl” and “muffin “. I miss “let’s roll donkey” everytime you were ready to leave somewhere. I will miss your visits at work and flowers you would leave on my car. I miss you embarrassing kayla on purpose anywhere we would go. I miss hearing you yell on your headset while gaming. I miss hearing you talk about “creamy corn” . I miss getting our pedicures. I miss playing the lottery slot machines even tho you always won and I always lost. I will miss you showing me how to make Ramon noodles the “right way.” I miss your hugs. I miss the way you were always ready to go anywhere I wanted to go even if it was hours away(I had a never ending list of places. ) .i miss hearing you call me “big momma” and “vicky sweets”. Your face times and voice I will miss forever. I miss the sound of your Nike slides . They were so loud I could hear you coming from any room. I will miss watching you be a dad. I will miss you endlessly. Until I see you again. Love always , Victoria

Q: How would you describe Robert to someone who had never met them? A: I was Robert’s Manager during his time with Foot Locker for a few years. Robert was a big teddy bear. He had such a great sense of humor, great work ethic, and was always so upbeat and positive. No matter the situation, Robert always stayed positive and refused to let anything bring him down. He was someone that would walk into a room and immediately light it up with his vibrant personality. Robert took such great pride in his family, especially his children. Robert and I stayed in contact over the years and nothing changed, he was still the amazing person I used to work with and became friends with. I always enjoyed our conversations about sneakers, sports, and life. He was truly a man that would give his shirt off his back to help someone out. Robert, you will be sincerely missed. Your legacy and love lives on through many wonderful memories and your amazing family. I am so blessed to have shared time and experiences with you and to have called you a friend. My thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences go out to his family and friends. I know Robert is looking down on all of us from heaven and watching out for us all with a smile, open arms, and a joke to make us laugh as he always did. Rest in Paradise Robert.
