ROY H. HAND, M.D., age 84, of Abington died on April 22, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Ziegler Hand and the loving father of Jonathan H. Hand, Barbara Richart, Sarah Fleet and Christopher H. Hand. Six grandchildren also survive him. His memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 29, 2010, St. John's Episcopal Church, Washington Lane and Old Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, where friends will be received after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. John's Episcopal Church, 1333 Old Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
