Margaret Maddock Sullivan, age 104, a resident of Huntingdon Valley for the past 75 years, died on July 3, 2020. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph T. Sullivan, Jr. for 42 years, until his death in 1984. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Archibald Middleton Maddock and the late Helena Ashton. In 1933, she graduated from The Know School and later earned an Associate's Degree from Drexel University. Margaret was a devoted wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Professionally, she worked for Philip Johnson in Princeton, NJ as an Interior Decorator. She was a member of Modern Club and was active with International House. She found enjoyment in golfing. She was a member of Abington Friends Meeting for 77 years. She is survived by her loving children; Mary Fairbanks of Beaufort, S.C, Jan Davis of Port Townsend, WA and Meemie Sullivan of Huntingdon Valley and by three grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Given the current circumstances, a memorial service will be scheduled for a future date when a larger gathering can occur.
