Obituary of B. Judith Gordon

Barbara Judith Gordon, age 81, a resident of Ambler, passed away on May 17, 2020. She was the devoted wife of the late Paul James Gordon.
Born in Abington, PA, Judy was the daughter of the late William Stroup and the late Wilma Maier Stroup.
After graduating from Frankford High School, Judy continued her studies at Millersville University, from where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She was employed as a realtor for Quinn & Wilson Realtors in Abington, Pennsylvania.
She was a member of the Upper Dublin Lutheran Church in Ambler.
Judy was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker and grandmother. Some of her many interests included playing tennis, golf, gardening, book club, Questers, spending time with her family and friends and also the company of her dogs, Molly Mae and Grace.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Dawn Gordon Franklin, and her husband, Kirk Franklin of South Dartmouth, MA and by her four beloved grandchildren, Cole, Austin, Hanna and Paige. She is also survived by her dear companion, David Porinchak. Judy was preceded in death by her son, Ross Mathew Gordon.
A private burial service was held at Sunset Memorial Park in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis and restrictions on public gatherings, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
