Obituary of Donald Michael Lafferty

Donald M. Lafferty, age 74, of Abington died on June 11, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Laura Reeves Lafferty. He is also survived by his daughter and her husband; Leslie L. and Samuel Filippi and their children, Isabella and Giavanna and by his brothers William Lafferty and Pete Lafferty. He is also survived by his son, Donald Lafferty and his four children and by his daughter, Jamie Lafferty. Memorial service will be held at 4:30 PM on Saturday, June 15, 2013, Abington Presbyterian Church, 1082 Old York Road, Abington. A reception will follow the service. Interment will be in the Memorial Garden of the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312 ( www.donations.diabetes.org) or to National Pancreatic Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502 (pancreaticcancerfoundation.com).
