It is with a heavy heart that I offer my deepest and most sincere condolences on the passing of Charlie Weiss.
I will always remember the first time I had the great fortune of meeting Charlie. I was just starting out in my career when this super polished, big-time professional presence walked into the room. He instantly commanded respect, carrying himself like a man who was not only highly successful in business, but truly successful in life. He simply radiated a warm, genuine confidence that inspired everyone around him.
As I came to know him, it became obvious that Charlie was equally as successful as a leader as he was a dad, husband, and family man. He hit on all dimensions of life. Despite his busy schedule and success, he was always super kind and incredibly gracious with his time and insights. As a young professional, I learned so much from him about what it truly means to "play the game" with integrity, excellence, and balance.
I have always been deeply grateful for that formative time I spent with him. In fact, he left such a legendary impression on me that I affectionately branded him "The Silver Fox." Throughout the years, I would always ask Craig what this mythical man was up to, just to keep tabs on someone I admired so much.
Charlie was a rare breed, and his legacy of kindness, leadership, and devotion to his family will never be forgotten. May God bless your family during this incredibly difficult time, and may you find comfort in the beautiful memories he left behind.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Todd Smith

Diane and I shared many baseball games with Charlie and his sons. And quite a few basketball games. Remembering the District Championship game when UD beat Chester (I think I have that right). Charlie was always friendly and easy to talk with. And very kind to our son. God bless his entire family and may his memory live forever.

Charlie was a good friend and often a good opponent on the golf course. I often referred to him as the "iron man" because he continued to play golf into his late 80's and was a great competitor. He will be missed by me and by many others who had the pleasure and honor to know him.

My prayers to Carole and his children. Charlie and Carole lived next to my parents for many years in Willow Grove. He gave me my first summer job and I worked for him for multiple summers in high school and college. He and Carole were wonderful neighbors and I will always remember his kindness.

As one of my locker neighbors at Manufacturers, I always loved seeing Charlie about to go out or coming back in. He always made an effort to say at least a few words, and I appreciated his welcoming spirit. Wishing all the best to the Weiss family.

My condolences to the Weiss family. I had the good fortune of spending a lot of time with Charlie, mostly competing at golf (fortunately Charlie was my partner!). I'm blessed and honored to have had the pleasure of enjoying Charlie's friendship. He will be missed by many, especially me!
